MARCH 27 – WEDNESDAY

In what areas has it been difficult to trust God this past week?

In what areas have you experienced conflict, discontent, or temptation?

Confess these things to God and ask for his forgiveness.

Assume whatever posture feels appropriate and end with this prayer –

Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked will I return.

The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away.  Blessed be the name of the Lord.

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever.  Amen.

Lord, have mercy.  Christ, have mercy.  Lord, have mercy.

I confess Almighty God that I have sinned through my own fault, in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done and in what I have failed to do.  Lord forgive me.
